Kit Component Breakdown & Physics

• Recoil Enhancing Bolt Weight: This heavy insert installs directly into the rear cavity of your VFC steel bolt carrier. By significantly increasing the reciprocating mass, it amplifies the kinetic energy transferred backward into your shoulder every time the weapon cycles.

• Enhanced Buffer Spring: To handle the vastly increased weight of the weighted steel bolt, the kit includes a high-rate buffer spring. This spring stops the heavy bolt from destroying your receiver extension, drives it back forward with aggressive speed, and prevents sluggish performance.

• Buffer Tube Spacers (S/ M/ L): These modular drop-in shims go into the back of your buffer tube. They allow you to "short-stroke" the travel of the bolt.

The Structural Check: Because this kit vastly increases the violent vibrations inside the rifle, you must ensure your buffer tube castle nut is torqued down securely with threadlocker. Furthermore, ensure your receiver endplate and stock can handle duty-grade impact shock.

Gas Pressure Requirements: Running this kit with standard low-pressure Japanese 134a gas is not recommended, as the rifle will short-stroke. To cycle the added mass effectively, use high-quality 12KG Green Gas or Propane. In colder winter climates, transitioning the weapon to a regulated HPA-tapped magazine system at 110–120 PSI will ensure the massive recoil remains completely consistent.

Lubrication Maintenance: A heavier reciprocating weight means increased friction along the receiver tracks. Ditch thin silicone oils and apply a premium, high-viscosity synthetic firearms grease directly to the steel bolt carrier rails and inside the buffer tube to prevent premature aluminum wear.
